4 c. chopped cooked potatoes
1 c. celery slices
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients and mix very well. Serve chilled. Serves 6 to 8.
