BARBECUED CHICKEN OR PORK 
meat (may use chicken, pork or country ribs)
4 to 6 oz. barbecue sauce

Fill slow cooker with meat. Cook on high for about 2 hours. Take meat out and discard liquid. Return meat to cooker. Pour barbecue sauce over meat. Cook another 2 hours. Spoon barbecue sauce and juice from bottom of cooker over meat. Lower heat to low and let set for an additional 2 hours. When done, meat will almost fall from bone. Have towels ready, can be very messy!
