Juice of 1 orange
1 c. sugar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
1 c. sour milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Pour juice of orange over sugar and let stand while your prepare cake and bake. Mix together rest of ingredients. Grind 1/2 orange peel and 1 1/2 cups raisins. Add to batter and bake 35 minutes at 325 degrees. While hot punch holes with fork and pour orange juice/sugar mix over cake.
