GRANDMOTHER'S ORANGE PUDDING 
4 oranges, peeled & cut in sm. pieces
2 c. milk, scalded
4 tbsp. cornstarch
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. cold water
Vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 egg

Combine sugar, egg, cornstarch, salt and water. Add to milk slowly, stir constantly, cook until thick and smooth. Add oranges and stir.
