PINEAPPLE-HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) sliced pineapple (can), drained
1/2 c. Heinz 57 sauce
1/3 c. honey

Note: Drain pineapple but reserve 1/2 cup for sauce to marinate.

Marinate chicken in Heinz 57 sauce, 1/2 cup pineapple juice and honey for 2 or 3 hours. I grill chicken until done and just brush chicken with sauce during cooking. Last 10 minutes put pineapple slice on each breast and brush a little with sauce.

Note: If you bake in conventional oven - add sauce last 30 minutes and pineapple slices last 10 minutes.
