LINGUINE WITH CLAM SAUCE 
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams
1/4 c. white wine
Freshly ground pepper
Chopped parsley
Grated Parmesan
Linguine

Saute garlic briefly in olive oil, about 30 seconds, in heavy saucepan. Add clams, wine and pepper. Bring to a boil, then simmer 5 minutes. Serve over linguine, cooked according to package directions. Sprinkle with parsley and Parmesan.
