6-8 eggs, beaten
2-3 hot dogs, sliced
1-2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. grated cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1-2 slices American cheese (optional)
Salt
Pepper

Melt butter in frying pan. Brown hot dog slices. Mix other ingredients and pour over hot dogs. Lay sliced cheese on top, cover, cook over low heat until firm. Also good with chopped potatoes or peppers.
