JOY SALAD 
ings 15 to 20

1 (3 oz.) lime gelatin
1 c. hot water
10 ice cubes
1/2 pt. whipped cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained, do not use juice
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add ice cubes; stir until mixture begins to thicken, take out pieces of unmelted ice. Add cream cheese to whipped cream; whip. Fold fruit and nuts into the whipped cream mixture. Beat the gelatin for 3 minutes on mixer medium speed. Fold whipped cream mixture into the gelatin. Refrigerate.
