5 LAYER STEW 
6 med. carrots, cut in chunks
1 1/2 lb. meat for stew
4 to 5 potatoes quartered
4 to 6 onions, diced
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. minute tapioca
1/4 c. water
1 (8 oz.) tomato juice or tomatoes and juice
1/2 tsp. basil
1 tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet

Put in oven and bake at 250 degrees for 4 to 5 hours.
