STUFFED PEPPERS GREEN 
6 lg. green peppers, split cook boiling water
1 lb. ground meat
1 c. chopped mushrooms
1 c. finely chop zucchini
1/2 c. finely chop onions
1 med. clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil, crushed
1 c. cooked rice
2 c. shredded Jarlsberg cheese
Tomato sauce

Brown meat in skillet. Add mushrooms, zucchini, onion, garlic salt, basil; cook until all veggies are tender.

Remove from and stir rice and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese. Lightly stuff peppers, piling high, place in shallow baking dish. Spoon tomato sauce over. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and add extra cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
