SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, drained & cooked
3 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
3/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp. thyme

Shape into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes on greased baking sheet.
