SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
2 c. Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix
1 c. Parmesan cheese
6 eggs
3/4 c. butter, softened
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and roll into 1-inch balls. Can be frozen raw and used at a later date. To serve, bake for 10 minutes covered and 10 minutes uncovered.
