SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed & squeeze out moisture
2 sm. onions, chopped fine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing or any flavor croutons
5 lg. eggs
3/4 c. melted butter
Garlic powder to taste
1/2 c. grated mozzarella or Parmesan cheese

Mix in food processor stuffing/or croutons until crumbs. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Make into teaspoon size balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. (Can be frozen at this point.) Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
