SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, drained
3 c. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing - Blue bag seasoned
3 eggs
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients. Roll into 3/4 inch size balls. Bake on cookie sheets at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
