1 1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. BLAIR chocolate flavoring
2 egg yolks
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. BLAIR vanilla flavoring

Mix together sugar, cornstarch and salt, blending well. Add chocolate flavoring, egg yolks and part of the milk. Mix until a paste is formed. Slowly add the rest of the milk. Heat slowly until mixture begins to boil. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla flavoring. Pour into baked pie shell. Cool.
