SPAGHETTI WITH GARLIC AND OIL 
1 lb. spaghetti
1/2 c. olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic, sliced
Salt & pepper to taste

Fry garlic in hot oil about 3 minutes or until brown. Let oil cool and add 1/2 cup water. Simmer 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Cook spaghetti until tender. Drain. Pour garlic mixture over spaghetti. Serve hot. May be garnished with Locatelli cheese if desired.
