1 yellow cake mix
1 stick real butter
3 eggs
1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.)
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. pecans, broken coarsely

Mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg until crumbly. Pat into a 9 x 13 lightly floured and greased pan, top with nuts.

Combine sugar, cheese and 2 eggs; mix well. Pour over cake mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes. Cut into squares.
