“CHEESE, BACON AND POTATO TART” IS IN:

CHEESE, BACON AND POTATO TART 
1 tbsp. butter
1 lb. sliced bacon
1 1/2 lb. potatoes peeled sliced and divided
1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Spread butter in an 8-inch round baking pan; place bacon over butter, arranging in spoke like fashion. Bring bacon up the sides and over the edge of the pan.

Top with half the potatoes; sprinkle with half the cheese; layer with remaining potatoes and cheese; top with salt and pepper. Fold ends of bacon slices across the top.

Bake at 400°F for about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
