Lettuce
1 bunch chopped green onions with tops
1 bunch chopped celery
1 can drained English peas
4 egg yolks, cooked and crumbled
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. grated cheese

Layer ingredients in the order listed above. Mix 1 large container sour cream and 1 or 2 packages HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch Salad Dressing Mix until sour cream is light green. Spoon mixture over salad and refrigerate.
