HAM CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. milk
2 c. cubed, cooked ham (12 oz. can Spam is a very good substitute and more
economical)
1 (3 or 4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. diced green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped pimento (optional)

Combine all ingredients. Heat slowly, stirring frequently. Serve over hot rice or flat noodles.
