OATMEAL-BROWN SUGAR COOKIES 
1 stick butter
1 c. dark brown sugar
2 c. quick Quaker oats
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Soften butter and mix butter and brown sugar together. mix in rest of ingredients by hand until well mixed. Pat firmly into 9"x13" ungreased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes. Mixture should be bubbling when finished, but not dark brown at edges. Cut while hot. Let cool in pan before removing.

Tastes great, but I wouldn't consider it a cookie. It's more like granola. It's so crumbly when you try to cut it. Very yummy though--super sweet.

Sooo yummy!!! I cut it while hot and them let it cool before serving and it was still a lil crumbly but oh so good!!! I sprinkled the top with mini chocolate chips before baking!! Mmmmmm :)
