2 c. buttermilk
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg white
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar

Mix buttermilk and sugar. Add salt, pineapple and vanilla. Freeze to a mush. Add stiffly beaten egg white. Mix. Freeze.
