AUNT MARGARET'S FROZEN
BUTTERMILK ICE CREAM
 
1 1/2 quarts buttermilk (6 cups)
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 (7 oz.) can table cream (Nestle)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (with juice)
1 pint whipping cream (2 cups)

Mix all ingredients well; place in ice cream maker and freeze.
