BREAKFAST EGGS 
9 eggs
3 c. milk
3 slices bread, cubed
1 1/2 c. mild shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 lbs. sausage (bulk)
Pepper to taste

Pre-cook and drain sausage. Mix all in 9"x13" greased pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
