SAUSAGE AND EGGS BREAKFAST (PRE
PARED EVENING BEFORE)
 
1 lb. breakfast sausage
2 c. milk
6 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 or 5 slices of bread, cubed

Evening before: Brown sausage, and drain. Beat milk, eggs, salt, and dry mustard. In a 9 x 13 inch baking dish, layer bread cubes, sausage, and then cheese. Pour egg mixture over the top, cover, and refrigerate overnight. Next morning: Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes uncovered.
