TASTY CAULIFLOWER MOLD 
2 eggs
1 can cream of celery soup
2 pkg. frozen cauliflower, thawed, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 pimentos, chopped
Salt and pepper

Beat eggs slightly in large bowl and stir in all remaining ingredients. Turn into well-buttered mold, set in baking pan. Pour boiling water into pan until 1 inch deep. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until firm.
