KING RANCH CASSEROLE 
1 stewed chicken fryer
1 pkg. tortillas, cut up in about 1/16th
1 chopped onion
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 soup can chicken broth

Mix in a bowl: The four soups. Put in layers in greased casserole dish: First chicken, then tortillas, onions and liquid. A layer of cheese could be added now. Repeat this procedure. The number of layers will vary depending on the size of the dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Note: Can be made ahead of time and frozen. Can be divided into several smaller portions.
