CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
2 eggs
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Mix sugar and cocoa. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Pour into unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
