CHOCOLATE CHESS PIE 
1/2 c. butter
3 oz. unsweetened chocolate or 9 tbsp. cocoa & 3 tbsp. oil
1 sm. can (5 or 6 oz.) evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla

Melt butter, add chocolate and then rest of ingredients, stirring constantly. Cook 5 minutes over medium heat. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
