BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 frozen pkg. chopped broccoli (10 oz.) size
1 (8 oz.) box Velveeta cheese
1 c. instant rice
1 sm. can Durkee French fried onions
1/2 stick butter
1 sm. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Take a 13 x 9 inch pan. Spray it with Pam. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Spread evenly in pan. Melt butter and fry onions until tender. Spread evenly over broccoli. Mix soup with 1 can of water and pour over top.

Sprinkle rice over soup. Slice cheese and arrange evenly over top. Sprinkle broken up onion ring over cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in oven not covered. Let stand 10 minutes out of oven covered with foil.
