COUNTRY BREAKFAST 
16 slices bread
2 1/2 c. cubed cooked ham
16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
16 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
6 eggs
3 c. milk

Grease 13 x 9 pan. Layer half of bread, ham, cheese. Repeat layers. Beat eggs and add milk. Pour over layers. Refrigerate overnight.

TOPPING:

3 c. corn flakes with 1/2 c. melted butter

Put topping on just before baking. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
