COUNTRY BREAKFAST PIE 
1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
1 pie shell
2 tbsp. chopped onion
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. light cream

Cook sausage until done. Prepare pie shell. Mix sausage and cheese. Put in shell. Combine rest. Beat eggs and add all together. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Yields: 8 servings.
