COUNTRY BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread, cubed
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lb. browned sausage links
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Place cubed bread in bottom of buttered 8 x 12 inch dish. Top with cheese. Cut sausages in thirds and place on cheese. Beat egg, milk and mustard. Pour over other ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Next day, dilute soup with milk and pour over all. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.
