FROZEN COLE SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
1 carrot, grated
1 green pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. salt

DRESSING SYRUP:

1 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. mustard seed

Mix cabbage, carrot, green pepper and salt. Let stand 1 hour. Squeeze out excess moisture. Combine vinegar, water, sugar, celery and mustard seed and boil for 1 minute. Cool to lukewarm and pour over slaw. Mix well. Put into containers and freeze. This will also keep in refrigerator for several weeks.
