FROZEN CUCUMBER PICKLE 
6 c. sliced cucumbers (do not peel)
1 c. sliced onions
1 c. chopped peppers
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pickling spice

Let stand for 1 hour. Drain well. Pack into containers.

SYRUP:

2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed

Heat until sugar melts (over low heat). Pour over cucumbers and freeze.
