FROZEN MINI FRUIT SALAD 
6 c. or 3 pts. sour cream
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
3 med. bananas, chopped fine
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. Maraschino cherries, drained & quartered (reserve the syrup)
1/2 c. cherry syrup

Line muffin cups with paper liners. In large bowl, combine sour cream, sugar, lemon juice and salt; mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients. Fill cups 3/4 full. Freeze. Let stand at room temperature 5 minutes before serving. (It may be made in large pan and cut into squares.) (Makes 30 to 40 salads.)
