SHIMMERING FRUIT SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) can peach slices in heavy syrup
1 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 tsp. sugar
1 lg. banana, thinly sliced
1 c. seedless red grapes, halved
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Drain peaches and raspberries, reserving juices. In large bowl, soften gelatin in cold water; stir in boiling water until dissolved. Stir in lemonade concentrate, sugar and reserved juices. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Fold in fruit and nuts. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Refrigerate, covered. Cut into squares and serve on leafy greens.
