SPECIAL BAKED FRENCH TOAST 
1 loaf soft French bread
2 1/2 c. Half and Half
1 1/2 c. milk
10 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. (very scant) nutmeg
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar

Slice bread into 1 inch slices. Butter or Pam a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Piece bread into pan to completely cover pan with bread. Make sure all spaces are filled. Beat together both milks, eggs and spices. Pour over bread. Chill overnight.

Mix butter and brown sugar until crumbly. Sprinkle over egg mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.
