DELUXE CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted

FILLING:

5 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs
1/4 c. whipping cream or milk

Combine crust ingredients. Lightly press into bottom of 12 cup fluted tube pan. In large bowl, combine all filling ingredients except eggs and milk; blend well. Add eggs, beat 2 minutes at high speed. Blend in cream.

Spoon over crust. Bake in 300 degree oven for 65-75 minutes. Cool in pan for 30 minutes. Chill in pan for 2 hours; invert onto serving plate and refrigerate.

Makes 16-18 servings.
