DELUXE COFFEE CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream

Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; blend well. Sift dry ingredients together; add alternately to creamed mixture with sour cream. Pour 1/2 batter into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together and sprinkle 1/2 of mixture over batter. Add remaining batter and cover with remaining topping mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes or until done.
