BALSAMIC TUNA DIP 
1 (5 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. capers
pepper, to taste

Shred tuna with fork. Combine all ingredients in bowl. For a smoother texture, use food processor. All suggested amounts can be altered to taste. Refrigerate for at least an hour.

Serve with crackers, chips, or a vegetable.

Variation: Spread dip on pita or English muffin and top with cheese for a delicious tuna melt!

Recipe may also be adjusted by adding some horseradish or dried mustard powder.
