POP-OVER PIZZA 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. onion
1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. flour
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9x13x2 inch baking pan. Brown beef with onion in large skillet. Drain excess fat. Stir in sauce mix, tomato sauce, and water. Simmer 10 minutes. Spoon into prepared pan. Top with slices of cheese.

Beat eggs, milk and oil until foamy. Beat in flour. Pour batter over hot meat filling. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
