POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
2 lb. deboned chicken breasts
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. Ritz crackers (made into crumbs)
1 stick melted butter
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Place chicken in casserole dish. Mix soup and sour cream together. Pour over chicken. Mix Ritz, poppy seeds and butter together. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
