CHICKEN RICE HOT DISH 
1 c. cooked rice
2 c. diced cooked chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 boiled eggs
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. onion
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all and top with 1 cup crushed corn flake crumbs. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
