1 1/2 c. strawberries
1 c. sugar
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. heavy (whipping) cream

Puree berries, sugar, sour cream, whip cream until stiff but not dry. Fold into strawberry mixture. Freeze according to ice cream makers manufacturers directions. Makes 1 quart.
