OVERNIGHT COFFEE CAKE | |
1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/2 c. light brown sugar 1 (3 oz.) box butterscotch pudding mix 1 stick butter 1 bag frozen dinner rolls Grease and spray with Pam, a bundt or tube cake pan. Put one bag frozen dinner rolls in pan, evenly spread out. Sprinkle sugar, cinnamon, chopped pecans and light brown sugar on top. Pour butterscotch pudding mix over all this dry (not instant pudding). Cut 1 stick butter into pats and layer over top of above mixture. Cover with dish or towel and let stand overnight. Bake at 350 degrees until rolls are done. |
