MY MOM'S ARTICHOKE DIP 
2 cans artichoke hearts, drained
1 c. mayo
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese (use wedge kind)
1 tsp. garlic powder (or less)

Mash artichokes somewhat; separate leaves. Mix all ingredients. Microwave 2 minutes. Rotate and microwave 2 more minutes. Put under broiler to brown. Serve with Wheat Thins or your favorite crunchy!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
