STRAWBERRY GLAZE PIE 
1 baked 9" pie shell
1 c. sugar
1 c. strawberries
1 tbsp. lemon juice
3 c. whole or sliced strawberries
Whipped cream
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water

Combine sugar, cornstarch, water and the 1 cup strawberries, crushed. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick and clear. Blend in lemon juice, cover and cool to lukewarm.

Place whole or sliced berries in baked pie shell. Pour glaze over berries. Chill. Serve with whipped cream. Makes 1 pie.
