TARRAGON SALAD 
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Lettuce, any kind or combination
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. tarragon or plain vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. dried tarragon

Morning Preparation: Mix the mayonnaise, vinegar and dried tarragon together and refrigerate. The dressing will have a better flavor and thicken up if made in the morning. Hard boil, slice and refrigerate the eggs. Cook and crumble bacon. Tear up the lettuce and store it in a ziplock bag with a moist paper towel and refrigerate. Dinner Preparation: Toss everything together in a bowl and serve. Serves 6.
