TARRAGON MACARONI | |
SAUCE INGREDIENTS: 2/3 c. white (or rice) vinegar 2/3 c. tarragon vinegar 1 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. prepared mustard 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. garlic powder 2 tbsp. parsley flakes 1 med. onion, chopped 3 cucumbers, sliced 1 green pepper, chopped OTHER: 1 box spiral macaroni noodles 1/3 c. cooking oil Prepare at least 24 hours before serving. Cook macaroni as directed on box, drain and toss in 1/3 cup cooking oil, set aside until cool. Mix together all the sauce ingredients until mustard is blended well. Add onions, cucumbers and peppers. When macaroni is cool, add to mixture and refrigerate at least 24 hours before using. |
